After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
The order processing time might take up to 1- 4 business days*. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.
● If you place your after 11:45 am Central Standard Time on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week.
We offer UPS trackable international shipping.
VP Interiors" Dolce Home " ship your purchase directly from Italy where the products are made. Because it is an international ship, the cost might vary depending of your country. The shipment fee is listed at the bottom for USA, Canada and European union - please contact us directly if you will need to ship to a different country. Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the BUYER.-
Signature may be required as a proof of delivery for order over $250.00
Your order is guaranteed by UPS to arrive (speeds may vary depending on location) in 5 to 7 business days.
UPS cannot be applied towards orders being shipped to a P.O. Box.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided by the buyer, the order will be returned to VP Interiors"Dolce Home" Italy.
VP Interiors "Dolce Home" only assumes responsibility for a shipment while the item is in its possession. Upon delivery of the item to the shipping carrier, the laws and regulations of the shipper become the regulating laws of the shipment. The risk of loss of the item passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery If you are not delighted with your purchase, please return the unused item in its original condition within 7 DAYS of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. For refunds (if applicable), please send an email to email@example.com with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return.
Return requests for orders received and delivered after 30 days will be politely declined. We hope you understand. If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed right away and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within a few days- depending on your bank.
For "made to Order", we cannot refund money, but you will receive an online STORE CREDIT ONLY.
VP Interiors is not responsible for the shipping charges that the buyer will pay for returning (also exchanging) the item to us.

- The Order Number - If there are multiple products in an order, identifying the product with the issue
Our support team will respond within 1 business day and Return Instruction will be provided.
You can exchange your Item towards one of equal value. Please return the unused item in its original condition within 7 DAYS. If you select an item of lower value, the balance will become Store Credit and it can be used any time at VP Interiors "Dolce Home".
